French Bulldog Christmas
It’s that time of year again when I start looking for a Christmas themed reference photo. I look for something bright and sweet to paint and then use it to create my Christmas cards.
What fun! Louise De Masi does not disappoint when it comes to Christmas themes. She provided a link to a free downloadable reference photo on Unsplash, along with guidance on painting a Christmas doggy wearing a red sweater.

Daniel Smith Watercolors used were: Burnt Sienna, French Ultramarine, Lamp Black, Permanent Rose, Raw Sienna, Scarlet Lake, and Sepia.
Painted on 300lb Arches cold pressed watercolor pad in size 10 x 14 inches.
Christmas cards are now on order. Yay!
