Be My Valentine

I actually made this valentine card for my daughter. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but I loved it. It is one of the simplest and smallest paintings that I have made, but it is one of my favorites.

I am glad she liked it.

I painted it using leftover paints on my palette and the gold finishing touches were made using a Staedtler metallic pen that I bought in Paris. What could say love more than a gold metallic pen from Paris?
