Christmas Gnome

I picked up my crochet hooks last year for the first time in many, many years. It has been a fun journey back into the crochet world.

The Christmas project for this year was this little gnome.

The afghan that the gnome parts are sitting on in the first photo is a creation of mine from about 10 years ago. I wish I still had the pattern. I think it was called ‘Fisherman’s Ripple.’

The gnome kit can be purchased from Lion Brand on their website and right now the price is around $20.00. Once you order your kit, they email the pattern to you.

As you can see, I had help creating my gnome. His nose came up missing before assembly and I found it under the chair. Wonder how it got there?

Ellie and I bought a second gnome when we were in Las Vegas. More on that in the next blog post.

Happy Holidays!

Helen
